    the whole point of competing for Mirror Troi was her gauntlet stats. if everyone gets her, she will provide no advantage to anyone that actually purchased her or won her, a la Mirror Phlox, who's now useless in the gauntlet.

    on the other hand, players that invested their time to compete for Mirror Troi, but were denied access to the game, do deserve a copy of her, but where do you draw the line? i finished 1037, struggling to build one recipe for 10 minutes with 800 chrons, unable to spend them, until the game kicked me out completely.

    one could argue that a player finishing at rank 1500 would not have been able to achieve rank 1000 or better during the outage. but someone at 1200 could've caught up easily. still, the 1001-1500 bracket should be awarded a copy of Mirror Troi, and an extra Janeway should be awarded to each reward tier below that.

    of course, DB will not budge on this. hours of my time down the drain. 2 more people in my fleet ended up in top 1100 because we wanted 5x Janeway do or die. thanks, DB. on top of a technical failure, you're failing miserably at ethics. wouldn't be the 1st time... or even 21st. way to lose dedicated players and their wallets. bravo!

    Bumping folks up one tier, though not completely airtight accurate (for those at 1499, etc) would be at least an attempt at being equitable.

    A 5* citation will be suitable. Every player who spent money/honor will be satisfied.
    Bad joke DB with this decision to give the 6th Mirror Picard!

    Let's not forget Muspell. He held 25th place, was going for his achievement and fell to 28th when he couldn't cash in his super-rares. Burns all around.

    I’d like my money back for the Picard purchase. What a joke! I hope the powers that be decide to give legendary citations to all of us who had already maxed out Picard.... but it goes deeper than that, picard in the gauntlet was already ubiquitous, even more so now.... DB have screwed loyal paying players and people who worked for citations with honour. Whoever made the decision to hand out free picards needs to have their professional competence investigated
