You ahh, might want to make an appearance here. In case you haven't noticed, the ill thought through Picard has caused just a wee bit of a **tsk tsk** storm. A direct message from the top might go a ways towards calming the seas. Even just the tiniest message of message received, we're working on this and will get back to by X-O'Clock.

  • We already have a reply: there isn't one.
And for those who sent in a ticket, it's: we're not doing anything.

  • Given the responses some folks have received already from CS regarding this ill-fated version of the Picard Maneuver, I'm leery of what a statement from the top will be

That they're going to be letting more staff go because the players that are big spenders will no longer be spending.

They've received answers already? That's oddly quick.
  • Gonna have to agree, the silence is deafening. Even if it’s just to say ‘My decision is final on this,’ at least it would be an answer. Even as one of the people who FFed Picard based on this, I will be standing by my fleet whatever action they choose to take based on their lost honor and money.

As a moderator to another website for a nhl team I know all posts get reviewed. I reviewed them all. Even a quick glance. So the official response already has happened, it's a non response. That is why it's extra silent.

On the tiny off-chance that this was a decision made without consultation, I'm hoping we will hear back from Shan and/or Erin regarding a proper resolution to this issue. It's not like we are asking for everyone in the game to get $25 or a citation - just refund the people who spent on a Picard that we should have, by all rights of prior mega-event happenings, never have gotten.

Are we trying to shut the game down or something? This is just baffling.
Tick everybody off, make it worse, ignore it, chase off our biggest revenue streams, discourage future spending and break an entire revenue model, and blame the users.

*Shakes head* Wow, I don't see how this doesn't end badly.

Someone make a personal attack and see if Shan sensors it.

SilverRose usually gets the response quicker than the others, because she is the number one. :)

Doesn't take that long to look for keywords and then copy and paste a form letter. Microsoft Outlook can even do it for you.
