We are aware that there have been some inconsistencies in the replies given by Player Support, regarding the compensation issued for Tuesday's outage.
If you are not satisfied with the reply you have received, please reopen your ticket, and it will be reviewed again on a case by case basis.
As a result of your feedback, we will be reviewing our process for compensation going forward.
Edit: 01/05 Due to the current ticket backlog there are and will be delays in getting those tickets resolved. But everyone will get a reply. Updating your ticket is not necessary, it will not help in getting a reply faster. Submitting a new ticket will only create more delays. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
