Support Tickets

Sorry to bother you, but I'm having CS ticket issues. I have fleetmates that are getting instant responses to their support tickets. I have had tickets in for over a week with no response whatsoever.

Can you please explain how this happens? Can you also tell CS to deal with my tickets? If they have time to respond immediately to some tickets, then clearly they are lying about how backed up they are.

    Personally, I think it is about VIP level.

    Different VIP levels are prioritized. That's why the VIP level is included in every ticket. However, not every VIP level is the same and I think it comes down to who is assigned the ticket and their work load.

    Yeah, it's not just VIP level. I'm VIP 14 and haven't gotten a response to my ticket sent about 40 hours ago so far.


    Could you please continue the petty bickering? I find it most intriguing.

  • I'm VIP level 6 and I just got a first response (actually just a merge) after 45 hours. My error has made the game basically unplayable after purchasing a pack. It seemed like they got a lot of extra tickets from people complaining about getting a free Mirror Picard which seems silly to me.

    Anyway, I'm sure they're doing the best they can after a holiday. I was excited to play this event, but I'm going to miss it from the bug. We just have to be patient!
