I think DB forgot to add the 5x1250 chrons + VIP offer to the time portal...

Just pointing it out for... say, no apparent reason :) It's not as if something has happened over the past 2 days to precipitate such a decision, or it's not as if people have stopped paying, or threatened to do so.

The chroniton stockpile is in there, and rocking, though, with it's awesomest discount on chronitons of all time.

I guess this will be a year of reckoning! (and secretly, I wish for good decisions and plenty of attention to player feedback on the part of DB. A man can wish...)

    Nope, it's there. Although it might not be 5x, not buying it just to see if it is or not though. lol

    That is NOT the Chronie Offer they have been doing lately during Galaxy Events. There has recently been a "Limited to five times" 1250 Chronies/$9.99 Offer.

    My Conspiracy Theory of the Day:

    I think they are specifically not including the 1250 Chrons/$9.99 pack to not validate the opinion that they nerfed the Chrons in voyages due to the packs not selling as well. So they run a couple galaxies without the $9.99 pack, let people grumble about it and then bring it back. BOOM! Artificial supply and demand! :)

    That would be a real Deus- or more appropriately, Money-Ex-Machina if people actually fall for it :)

    That's the old offer they always put up for Galaxy and it's as infinite as your dilithium supply. The past several galaxy events have had the 1250 chrons for $10 instead of this one (where that one is actually a good deal).

    There is another thing to consider - if they used the old code for the old Jan 2017 event, there was no 1250 chrons for 9,99 offer, but it did have the Chroniton Stockpile. I was a very young player at the time, but... really makes you wonder.

    Yeah, I thought the same. I actually like those 5x1250 chroniton offer, because it helps a LOT to level crew. :D

    Ah yes... the good old days... when we were all young and foolishly wasted our DIL on overpriced chronitons... makes me want to go out and buy some overpriced avocado toast...

    This event is also older recipes and before some QoL improvements.

    I too would chalk this up to bringing an old event out the mothballs, and that includes the old portal offers to boot.

    Maybe they will realize they are losing money. I can see a lot more people paying $9.99 for 1250 Chronies, than paying about $20 for 500 Chronies.......
