Claimed crew vanished???

This will probably get moved to an issues section, but I wanted to ask, has anyone else clicked the claim button on this event and then gone into their crew quarters to see poof the claimed crew is nowhere to be found?

I did that with Torchbearer Voq and he just vanished. I sent in a ticket, but has anyone else had this problem happen?

EDIT: inb4 anyone asks, yes I reset and he's still twilight zoned

    He is showing up for me. Did you check your reenlistment section? Did you somehow accidentally airlock him. Should be there if not in your main crew section

    Just Fused mine to 3*, no problems. He was right there. I know you have been a player for a while, so you probably knew every way to look for him, I am sure. So, I will refrain from asking "Did you sort by "Crew Level"?" "Did you sort by Command?" "Did you sort by Diplomacy?" "Did you sort by Security?"

    I am with Lady Gaghgagh on this one. I immediately checked the DIP section to check him out... and he WASN'T THERE. So I went to the SEC section... and he's right there at the bottom. SO very freaking weird.

    EDIT: Same with the COM section. He totally shows in CMD and SEC, and not at all in the DIP section. Please don't tell me he's old code that isn't showing properly as well...

    First thing I did after the reset, nope not in there, only the voyages crew I tossed is and I tossed them right before claiming Voq.

    My first claim of VoQ disappeared for a bit, but then suddenly he showed back up in the "claim" section on the bottom again with another reward. Clicked on it and he came back. Very strange.
    I want to become a Dilionaire...

    I had this happen with Ambo'Jitsu riker at the end of that event, it took them about 2 weeks of back and forth of support tag before they got him to me. Although in that case though I think the 'claim' button was hidden after I claimed, but it didn't give me the rewards.

    Maybe you'll get him when the community 10 pull is reached.

    Actually I just noticed I didn't get the Young Khan either. I mean I have him FF'd so he'd have been airlocked but honour is honour.

    So I completed a recipe cycle and hit claim and bam everything showed up. Wtf is all I can say.

    Sounds like something just didn't cache down right and the recipe shook it loose/forced a resync. I had something similar happen with an achievement earlier. I wonder if the cache just needs to be flushed periodically for cache health.
