How often has CS allowed behold trade outs for you?
I have only gotten to do 1 with cs before they shut me down from asking ever again. But i heard from a fleetmate that he has been allowed multiple behold trade outs...im wondering who else has been able to do more than one?

Could you please continue the petty bickering? I find it most intriguing.

I mean when in your excitment you click duelist torres who you have 1/5 when you couldve clicked dahar master kang who wouldve been 3/5 stars
Hmm. Yeah, I guess I'd never bother CS with something like that.
If I accidentally clicked something that cost me Dilithium, then I might consider a ticket. (Although I've done that plenty of times with the 10 dil spin in Dabo, accidentally hitting that after doing my 5000 credit spin instead of closing the window, and in those cases I merely take my lumps and vow to pay more attention where I'm clicking next time.)
If you had accidentally clicked a crew member in a Behold that you had FF instead of one that you didn't have FF, then I think perhaps a ticket might be in order. But — and I hope you do not take offense — your example strikes me as a somewhat frivolous use of the customer service ticketing system. And, frankly, if others are doing this sort of thing numerous times, it's no wonder it takes so long for people with more serious issues to get their tickets resolved.

Thats why i dont do it very often...just wondered how often others do it
Drat...i dog gone done it again!!
PM for details.
So long and thanks for all the fish.
This seems like a valid reason to file a ticket to me. DB should at least have code in place to give 3 unique chars in a behold.
I'm in the same boat. But if CS had a guarantee that if all the beholds are FF'd that you could trade-in, then I would file for sure.

Yes, and if it didn't hurt their profits so much they probably would , I really think they could make some money on maybe a 13000 dilithium guaranteed no FF'd pack. But maybe people who already have say 350 immortals spend more than even that would make it worth to them? I bet they could run an algorithm that would tell them where the price should be set on it.
