    All monetary purchases get extra dilithium according to your VIP level. So no, not everyone will get 200 dilithium.

    I forgot about that too and got a nice little bundle of 250 dilithium to go with my chroniton bonus packs earlier. There really are benefits to being VIP Level 14. Thanks DB.
