The loading page for STT will go back to normal soon...right?

I mean it really isnt helping the player base forget about the Mirror Picard Compensation blunder when you have to see him every time you load the game.

  • This game has way more important things to focus on, than replacing the loading screen, imho.

And btw, support switches a 6th Mirror Picard for 50k honor, so all fine here.

  • Probaly happen on the 9th.
  • It will happen, and probably be on Tuesday the 9th when they begin their two year anniversary celebration. No need to switch it out only to switch it out again a few days later anyway.

  • I like the reminder. I really do. I feel my wallet laughing in my back pocket. Kinda feels nice.

I'd rather the game used less memory so I don't have to restart every time it goes to the background. They did make it load faster but know it doesn't multitask as well. Which means I spend even more time loading and reloading.

New loading screen with Mariachi Q and the music replaced to La Paloma would be awesome when claiming shuttles for the event

I like that idea...i also hope Mariachi Q will have an over 1000 dip base, ill buy his 50 dollar and double up offer for that

I'm really curious on this one. Why does DB make us "prove it"? Don't their logs show if this is the truth or not? If so, it sounds more like a stall tactic here.

Apologies to DB on the last bit if it is not a stall tactic, but it seems that 1) your player logs will show what really happened and 2) not everyone plays and records their step-by-step in this game (unless you're trying to be like PewDiePie).

It's not that hard...showed them a screenshot and they fixed it pretty quick for me.

  • Except how many people just naturally take a screenshot every time they get something. So yes, it is a stall tactic.

It's a screenshot of the 6th Picard in your inventory next to your 5/5 Picard. Not the Picard in your mailbox. Not hard.

True, unless if you're like me who doesn't have the space. Then regardless if you airlock him or not, the 1/5* will never show up right beside your 5/5*.

That means, if going by your reasoning and assumption, we need to upload two screenshots then?

  • I dismissed my gift Picard because I thought there would be no exchanges then there were. I just sent a ticket saying I already dismissed him and could I have the other 49,450 honour and they gave it to me (no proof required on my part). I think they can and will verify on their side. CS has always been more than fair with me.

If you do a search, it will return results both in your crew and your overflow.

But...really...two screen shots aren't a whole lot harder to do than one... It seems like a really odd thing to quibble about.

If the ticket takes long enough they won't be in your overflow long enough for them to swap, lol

It was hard if we did not tie up a Crew Slot with a REDUNDANT Card for an IMMORTALIZED Crew. But, they made it right now.

No quibble at all... Just a genuinely curious question...

Besides, enough folks here have already shown that they're all willing to jump through many hoops, upon request and on demand, even though last year, DB has shown that they can selectively go into your in-game mailbox and not only add, but remove as well. I don't exactly remember which incident it was, but it was when DB_Becca was still here.

The thought in my head still remains the same: why make us jump through so many hoops when all of this can be done CS-side and server-side?

My guess would be that it's an issue of CS effort. For them to do something on a 1-of basis, it's trivial if it takes a minute. If they have to spend one minute for every single player in the game, that's significantly more onerous.

In those cases, they'd likely try to distribute that effort amongst the players rather than their CS reps.

Obviously, this brings up the question of them giving/creating better tools to CS so they can do their jobs more effectively, but that would be a trade-off of development resources for CS tools vs. game development.

That's the name of my friend's dog, Bobo (the clown). That's what he says to his dog.

I have no idea what you guys are talking about, but I'm pretty sure I know what my friend's dog's name is...

I didn't even think of that when I posted...

That being said, rethink my quote in this new light and context of that original post...
