Can't submit a support ticket from within game.

Always get an error message.

    What error message are you getting, and on which platform?
    You can also submit a ticket via our portal directly of course, but you should be able from within the game as well.

  • It's on an iPhone 6 using iOS 11.2.1
    Anytime I try using the in-game 'Contact Support', upon sending my message, I get an error messages saying: ERROR, an error occurred attempting to create a support ticket. Please email sttsupport@disruptorbeam.com for further assistance. Then I have a choice to "Contact Support", which gives me the same error message if I try to report the error.

    OK - thank you for letting me know. I do not have more info on this yet, and no other reports either.
    There was a potential cause yesterday, but as you say it started a few days ago, the cause is elsewhere.
