I just received an email letting me know that I've been promoted to level 3 on the DB forums. I'm sure it's answered somewhere, but ... What does that mean? Any nifty abilities in the forums that I should be aware of?

    Related to this: What are the levels? What do they mean? What are the requirements for each level (or star)? Why is this not addressed in the Community Guidelines or an FAQ? Where is the FAQ for the forums anyway?

    Other than getting an extra star after your name, I'm aware of no benefits.

    I am assuming it is some sort of reputation tracker, I suspect it depends on how many reports/awesomes you get on posts amongst other things.
