No quotes Mariachi Q?

Heya DB,
The new Mariachi Q is a fun character. He's nothing to write home about statswise, but that's fine. However, can we get some voice work on him? Like Will Scarlett, the quotes make the difference!
(And while we're talking about sound on new characters, Thot Gor seems like another opportunity missed)

As for Thot, that electronic noise they make that everyone seems to understand yet isn't translated or subtitled. That would be cool.

It comes with the licence in the pre release trailer they talked about the endless hours of sound bytes they could use
Do they? DB never mentioned having to pay for them, and they have already acquired the rights to the likeness and all of that.
As far as I know the only thing that stands in the way is the fact that they have to obtain the quotes from CBS directly from the original audio tapes (before the sound effects and the music were added in), which was described as a very time-consuming task. With a backlog of hundreds of characters who are missing quotes, I guess that DB as this point has just given up on the idea.
Just off the top of my head I REALLY want: Professor Scott - "Hello Computer!"
... or for anyone else.
"Au contraire, Mon Capitaine. HEEEEE'S BAAAAAACK!"
"I'm immortal again! Omnipotent again!"
"Don't fret Riker, my good fortune is your good fortune."
"But, I feel like celebrating!"
I love all these - and I also wish they'd make Human Q drop a "very clever mr worf, eat any good books lately?"
Tour of duty: January 2016 to present.
Shut up Wesley.
Yes! Please swap for the "...no bloody A, B, C, or D."
I'm begging here.
Isn't "eat any good books lately" already in use? I'd swear I've heard it during ship battles.
You could be right, I rarely play arena and don't think I've ever had Q on a ship. Maybe now I have a reason to...

That'd be Captain Scott, for the TNG episode. Professor Scott is from The Voyage Home (a.k.a. The One With The Whales)
It's true, the voice overs wouldnt be an instant paycheck. It would only serve to enrich a game that people play out of love for star trek and nostalgia rather than ooh shiny of the next piece of gear.
It wouldnt be overly costly or consuming. And no they wouldnt have to come from original tapes from 80 years ago. I'm sure cbs would want them to, so they could charge more to let someone else touch their precious cash cow.
All the Scotts say it, though.
Ones who play with game sound on probable do so in feeble attempt to suppress voices in their heads
