Purchase Confirmation on ipad Air2 but NOT on ipad Pro 10.5?

When i use my ipad Air2 i get a Purchase Confirmation button, whenever i wanna buy packs. On my ipad Pro 10.5 i don t have this pop up. I wonder why and if this is intended?

    No its my alt account, so this means, you only rolled it out for some accounts, as a test? :o
