Missions and 'Claimed' Items

With apologies if this is a dumb question, but if I go into a mission, let's say to do a warp for items, I go to a mission (number 8 usually), select a difficulty (Epic), find one of the sub-missions in there and then warp it. I see some of the items have already been 'Claimed!' and they are all in grey boxes towards the left; this often includes honour points. Does that mean that those items cannot be claimed again? And I presume that the claim-once-but-not-twice thing only applies to some items?

"Claimed" items are the "Rare" rewards for each mission. You only claim them once, and once you've claimed all of them, you get 3 stars for the mission and can then "Warp" the mission without actually travelling to it. Hope this helps! All other items can be claimed multiple times. These items will drop at different rates.
