@Shan - Can you guys clarify what we can expect for crew additions to the time portal? There are several crew listed as limited here that, based on time in game, should have been added to the general circulation already in one of the updates. Perhaps some explanation of how crew are added / why some are withheld would be helpful.
Those crew causing some confusion for me are:
5 Star:
Abraham Lincoln - Added in game 3-10-2016 (Ambassador Spock from this same pack was added to the time portal on 6-23-16)
Enabran Tain - Added in game 11-4-2016
Umpire Odo - Added in game 2-20-17 (last time portal update added crew released through July 2017)
C.O.P. Founder Picard - Added in game 1-11-17
Convergence Day Quark - Added in game 1-11-17
Dr. Soong - Featured in event in Oct/Nov 2016 and again in repeat Oct/Nov 2017 of Ghost in the Machine
The Traveler - Added in game 1-25-17
Trelane - Added in game 11-4-16
Durango Troi - Added in game 3-29-17 (Sybok, the new purple in this event, was added in the last time portal update)
Goddess of Empathy Troi - Added in game 2-23-17 (Apollo and Platonian Kirk were the new purples and are in the regular time portal)

I would really like to know the rationale behind this as well. It seems really random and inconsistent. If they aren't going to put some of the 4*s in the regular time portal can they at least re-run those events so we can finish them? Looking at you: Trader Odo, Doctor La Forge and Prospero Data!

I have gotten both The Traveler and Dominion Dukat from the portal within the last month or so.
Right... I'm pretty sure I've pulled some of these from the regular portal (but I'm not 100% sure). If that's the case, is it fair to call them "limited" crew? I wouldn't think so. So... what's the deal?
