2* Gaia Odo is definitely in the packs. I was not around for whatever event he was in but I have him immortal from pack pulls. I do not recall if I have seen him in voyages though.

2* Gaia Odo is definitely in the packs. I was not around for whatever event he was in but I have him immortal from pack pulls. I do not recall if I have seen him in voyages though.

I've played for three months and pulled those 90K pulls most days, plus one day spending 2 million credits on 90k pulls. If he was in there, he isn't now. Nor have any of my voyages found him.

Odo, Saru and Janeway all have 4* versions as well as 2* ones.
In a basic pack, you're guaranteed at least one 2*, but you also have a chance to get a 4* (or even a 5*). - Such instances are rare, but they do happen.

I explicitly mean 2* one. With purple border that 2* shouldn't have. I certainly would've remembered 4* from basic pull.

Nah, he came out about 9 months ago (March I think?) alongside Niners Kira and Rom, and they're both in packs/voyages.

I have seen Umpire Odo in the Dabo, so I would assume he is in packs, just extremely rare.

If a character is in Dabo, doesn't mean he's in the loot portal table automatically. I saw Lorca and even L'Rell in Dabo already, and they are surely not in the portals yet. Also I saw Satan's Robot in my Dabo last week.

Seems like Odo is afraid of the portals ... Trader Odo, Umpire Odo, Gaia Odo ... three older Odos not dropping.

That list isn't even totally accurate, as it's missing event cards like Laborer Spock. Hold on and let me skim through it.

OK - here we go - detailed statistic time. Yay!
Currently, as of 2/2/2018, there are 157 Legendary cards in the game.
3 are hyper-limited:
Kahless (Honor Hall)
Guinan (Gauntlet)
Locutus (Gauntlet and 2x Borg Pack)

So take those 3 away, and that leaves us with 154 names. By my math and by Shan's list, there are 54 other cards that are not in the standard loot pool as of today. This does include the current event characters like Kilt Scotty and Admiral Cornwall. Obviously we need to disqualify those as you can't update the loot pool with today's offerings, but it does show us that the current loot pool looks to be exactly 100 cards big.

Of the missing cards, some date back all the way to March of 2016 - 2 full years ago - I'm looking at you, President Abraham Lincoln. Others are just plain strange how they were omitted like Rogue Kai Winn who was in an event or Dr. Soong.

So let's just throw all the 2018 crew out the door for this conversation - that's 11 new 5* crew which brings our total of 54 down to 43:

Pres Abraham Lincoln, and Rogue Kai Winn have both showed up in my Dabo Wheel. I believe Rogue Kai Winn was also in a faction store once.

The Keeper, Nyota Uhura, Defensive Phlox, and I believe Rejac were all in the Dabo. Check a couple of the other forum posts for screenshots.

The 2017's above have all been in various packs, but I agree, most of them should be in the general loot table by now.

I saw L'Rell in Dabo as well, but Dabo has a different dropset than Voyages, Portals and Gauntlet.

I think the no dabo list only consists of kahless, guinan, and locutus. As an example Cornwell was first to maxed before the event started since someone had her come up in dabo the day before.
