Game freezes when trying to start Klingon faction shuttle mission

Pretty straight forward .. all other faction shuttle missions work fine .. however, every time I try to select a Klingon shuttle transmission ... it hangs "hailing starfleet" .. prompt and never responds. Have to reboot the app ...
Once I restart the app, the transmission has triggered, and I can then click "Assign Crew" ..and it progresses normally.
Select the next transmission .. bam .. hangs .. restart .. lather/rinse repeat.
So far, I've only had it happen with Klingon transmissions ... KCA works fine, Federation works fine ..Section 31 works fine .. etc.
