Special Offer packs not showing up in portal

I purchased the Grow Your Crew offer with some leftover money on Steam but never received the packs or dilithium. I know it went through and I'm pretty sure I got the bonus VIP dilithium that comes with any purchase, but still haven't got the 1500 dilithium or had any packs show up in my portal. I sent a ticket with screenshots yesterday but haven't heard back yet.
