Game app keeps closing unexpectedly

Hi guys,
My game app on my iPhone keeps closing the game after 18 seconds of loading is complete.
Frustrating to say the least as i’ve Tried to get on a dozen times now & same problem.
I’ve tried closing the app myself, even turning the phone off & back on & yet still no change.
Crucial time as well as in half an hour i’m expecting my 9 hour faction missions to return for this event. Hope it’s resolved before then so I can dispatch more missions.

I know I can count on you guys to let me know what’s up with it or what I can do to rectify the situation.

    It took deleting the game app from the phone to remove the data & documents and that seems to have resolved the issue.
