Anybody else watching 'Starfleet Communications ' like a hawk?

As i recall we were expecting:

* Honor hall crew replacement

* Gauntlet rare reward replacement

* A new Voyage based daily mission

Still waiting DB...are we there yet? Are we there yet?

    Not always. Event info is generally posted around dabo time, but sometimes it varies (like when the last mega-event was announced). Other info can often show up a few hours later.

    Besides, with absolutely no idea when the replacements are going to come (could be any time between now and, in my personal estimate, Easter), watching the Starfleet Communication subforum like a hawk sounds like a fireproof way to shatter one's patience, enthusiasm, and built up resentment at DB for not doing now something that they didn't say they'd do now.

    I just keep an eye on the number of posts there. Currently 38. When it changes I poke my nose in to have a look.

    I do feel like they intentionally misled us. Sure, it’s technically still after New Years, but so is Halloween. They could release it next Christmas and it is still technically after the New Year. They were purposely ambiguous to make us get excited for something they weren’t planning on releasing anytime soon

    I think DB may have learnt their lesson. The should not do any updates during an event.

    I'm tied of waiting for the character.
    News of which character it will be.
    And so many questions in general I've lost track.

    Anyone remember when DB used to talk with us several times a day about anything and everything ?

    I'm not so sure if there was intentional misleading happening... I think that DB probably thought they would be able to get it in place sooner than they can. So you can call it overestimating one's ability or even incompetence, but I doubt they were deliberately misleading us (that tends to backfire).

    I don’t know. In the update that Black Pebble just did, he said he doesn’t know who the new honor hall is. But they (db) stated that they already knew who the new honor hall crew was going to be in December.
