Anyone else got this problem? I've restarted the game four times and it's the same each time.

    No, are you sure you didn't purchase already? I'm not sure but I would think these may have a buy only once lock on them?

    When you buy it, it disappears from the portal.

    I could buy it on Steam as it's unlocked on there, but the Steam currency exchange is the worst of all three platforms. It's £1 to $1. Facebook exchange is about 73p to the dollar.
