How much stat reduced when fatigued (away mission)

Quick question .. I'm planning an attack run on a tricky away mission, and I needed to know if anyone knows how much a crew's stats are reduced when fatigued? (ie when they do 2 nodes in a row). I didn't see anything on the wiki (probably not looking in the right place )
Was hoping somebody here knew ?

1 clarification: from reading that wiki page ... it talks about the crew's base stat and the trait bonus given for having a specific trait. what about the random portion? is that also reduced ? or not?
