Did the rules for reviving crew from cryostasis change?

I just downloaded the update and noticed the notes in the Vault say you can only revive 1 crew per day for merits and additional crew for dilithium. Is that a typo or are we losing the ability to revive more than 1 crew for merits?

    Been 1 once per day since at least the Borg mega (when I joined the game) to my knowledge

    Been three times per day for months now. They never updated the notes.

    It should be 150/150/200 merits to pull the first 3 crew out of cryo. I never go more than that in a day. I plan ahead for an event if I have to pull out more than 2 crew.

    So they updated the vault info... without correcting the vault info. You just can't make this stuff up.
