Cyro vault characters are disappearing

I’ve been playing this game since before the introduction of Cyro freeze. I noticed last night that Kolothwas missing. Kolth isn’t the only character that when missing from my vault since the problems with the Facebook game room started last week. I have acquired ever 1, 2 and 3 Star character in the game. Besides the ones in my current crew list all the others were immortalized and placed in to Cyro freeze. Richard Casitllo, Bartender Quark, Prisoners Bones McCoy, and Duelist Torres are all missing. If you look at my gaming history you will see that I am not at fault. The person handling my ticket is claiming I must have deleted these characters. Now I’m really reluctant to use Cyro vault anymore. Much less spend any more money on this game if you are going to blame me for problems with a game that I know I am playing correctly.
