Regardless of the inevitable power creep issue in this game, most Star Trek fans would probably agree that Montgomery Scott is the most influential Engineer in the Star Trek universe.
He NEEDS to be among the top tier of the game's engineers, which is currently not the case.
And please DB, for the love of Kahless, DO NOT give him the insufferable "NCC1701..." audio clip !
