More of a doubt but a possible bug on purchased packs

This is more likely due to me impulse buying (no regrets! lol) without reading it but just in case:

I bought the current 10x pack promotion ($9,99) but can't seem to redeem my packs. Is it because these packs are event packs or did I ran into a bug?

    From a pop up today, red background ?

    These are standard premium portal 10x (the one that's always there that Enterprise E Picard is pictured on I believed)

    If you don't see a Free (10). With in it, you should confirm the purchase happened and file a ticket

    And thanks! I'll send the ticket. There was a confirmation and I even got the VIP but no 10x pack.

    No problem.

    Yes, that was always my favorite, when wife and I would get the offer at the same time, take turns pulling. :)
