Additional boots to Faction Missions

I believe a 1% boost to mission success should be included to normal faction mission, when you assign a crew member that belongs to that faction. Success rates are already stingy enough as it is with boosts.
Example, if you assign Security Cheif Worf to either Federation you’d get a 1% boost, although being Klingon he’s not affiliated with the Klingon Empire so he wouldn’t get a boost on one of those faction mission.
However, Civil War Worf would and as he resigned his commission at that time he wouldn’t receive a boost in the Federation Faction missions.

    My understanding is, as we are successful on shuttle missions for a particular faction, their difficulty level for that faction goes up, and there is no hard ceiling for shuttle mission difficulty (outside Faction events, where there is a cap for the 4,000 VP missions). If this is accurate, then would not this proposed change provide only a very temporary benefit, being mitigated/eliminated by increased shuttle mission difficulty?

    Having gained ‘Honored’ in all the faction missions I still find the success rate limited, even when using immortalised 5* crew & boosts added.
    A measly 1% per affiliated crew isn’t a lot to ask & could make all the difference between success & failure.

    That's because the system is designed to reach an equilibrium of around 66% success rate, regardless of crew strength.

    Well all equilibriums need to evolve or risk upset.
