Speak for yourself, I would love a changeling Janeway. And that could easily be open up some interesting plot ideas for the in-game text.
I strongly suspect Founder involvement, so Changeling Andorian Janeway is probably the troublemaker in this instance.

I thought the proficiences would be something like (420-4200) but hey....
And all that it takes to level her is Starfleet Uniform Patterns and Coffee....
