Triple charged for special but didn't get the goods

I submitted ticket but since my tickets are often problematic and this involves cold hard cash (unlike the lack of compensation given me for ingame resources in operation isolate bug) i want to bring attention to this in case it happened to others.

The game has not only charged me mutiple times more than desired, but failed to deliver on the goods. So i have been charged and received nothing.

Trying to explain there is nothing to give back or be screenshot is an ordeal i am dreading.

At least if this is something others have had happen i can refute cs claims that this has never/could never happen while arguing about it. I dread this upcoming ordeal.

    I am sorry this happened.

    There is nothing to dread though as it should be a very straightforward process for PS as long as you provide a copy of your receipts.

    Looking at your ticket I see that you did not explain how many times you were charged nor did you provide the receipts. Please update your ticket so this can be resolved quickly.

  • This got resolved, much to my relief. I was fine with getting the items in the offer, rather than refund. And that's what i got.
