Cadet missions - yes again ..

So I know there's been plenty of "why can't we warp cadet missions" .. and there's been a pretty consistent answer by the general community of reasons why (none of which have yet been confirmed by DB that I'm aware of ... ) .. but that aside .. fine ... so ok, warping cadet missions would mean everyone could just air lock their cadets ... (not that I see that as a big issue . but apparently it is ... but again, not here to discuss that).
Ok, so fine, looking for solutions/ideas which involve keeping the cadet requirement ... what about something like this at the end status screen of a cadet mission: similar to existing away missions ??
(ie that is add the "Warp 1" and "Warp Max" buttons at the end ..)
So, you need the have the cadets to play the mission once .. but at the end of it, you have the option to warp the remainder ...
At least it reduces the amount of mind numbing tediousness of what the cadet missions have become ...

Even better.
Took the words out of my mouth
That "timer" is a bit of a pointless excercise . and I've yet to hear a *good* reason for it to exist ...
With this option .. you've played through once .. this week .. and proven you've got the cadets .. so now it gives the option to say "Yep, got them .. let's reduce the mind numbing tedium a bit .. at the cost of being able to do only this 1 mission"
Yep, no timer between ... (so what?)
Yep, you have to have the crew active and in use ...
Yep, you don't have to lose more brain cells by trudging through 4 more iterations of this sludge ... today ...
