Didn't receive daily reward

I already sent in a ticket.

I am guessing that this issue is unique to me since no one else has posted about it?

It gave me my daily Dilithium but not the 2 basic draws. I have never had that happen before.... not sure what the problem is? it shows them as being claimed but they did not show up in the TP.

Oh well, probably wouldn't have gotten anything good anyways lol

Due to an error, they were single pulls, not 10x. So you may not have noticed them if you already have several singles and were looking for 10x.

Shan says they’re working on contacting players who had claimed the rewards before they were fixed.
