Ad View Credit Blocked by LImit

Got this AFTER watching an ad
Im Ok with there being limits.
I'm NOT OK with watching an ad and then not getting the warp. If the credit is not available I should not have the option to watch the ad.

Debating ticketing it, as I'd rather it just be resolved than get the 20 chron credit for the warp.

    I get this sometimes if I've been playing on one device and had run an ad and then start playing on another device and run an ad presumably before the timer for the next ad would have offered it to me on the first device had I still been playing there. Annoying that the game offers an ad and then the ad service kicks back and says no go after you've watched it.

    I only play on one device.
    So not sure the cause on mine then.

    I get this all the time since I play on two devices. I try and remember to wait the full 30 minutes before trying in the new device .

    Same here - play on two devices and get this all the time.
    Wish DB would do the check before we are forced to watch the Ad.

    I am fine with them putting a limit, but not fine with bait and switch where they first make you watch the Ad and only tell you later it is blocked. If DB is making money by making me watch the Ads, I want to be rewarded for it.
