dont have any of them.
I would discard Uhura a bit because she only has 2 traits and even those are not impressive.

    Khan is a decent unit nowadays and will serve you well SEC wise i don't know much about Riker but between the two i would go Khan

    KHHHHHHHHHAAAAAAAAANNNN! Just cos hes a cool character. I don't like Frankenriker though admittedly he probably has scope for more events

    My 1/5* Khan doesn’t get a whole lot of use these days but he can be an important COM/SEC contributor in voyages, shuttles, and even the occasional gauntlet if the traits are just right.

    I have all 3 FE 1/5* and my Wrathful Khan gets used waaaaay more than the other two.

    Captain Q isn't very good. Neelix is a decent gauntlet engineer.

    It's likely that you will lose his usefulness for voyages when you reach 4/4, but for me Neelix was useful there since Voyages began (finally froze him in this event). Though that depends on what composition you have, I'm starved on Voyage ENG, not so much on SCI...

    Depending on what you have Neelix would be useful for Gauntlet.

    Kolos is better Voyage Com/Dip/Sci than Q but ALL THE BLOODWINE. It depends on amount of Klingon you have and KCA missions you run, but do not recommend.

    Khan is a fine choice, however Dancing Uhura has MORE than two traits.

    She has:
    1. Human
    2. Federation
    3. Starfleet
    4. Communicator
    5. Casual
    6. Musician
    7. Artist

    I'd go Ro. Chapel only has MED, but isn't too bad if you need that. Skip Gegen unless you're into hadrosaurs.

    While Chapel is mediocre Med gauntlet and mediocre Med shuttle, Ro is "yet another Com/Dip/Sec". If you have plenty of good Med Ro, but otherwise Chapel.
