Cadet Missions - Reset

There are always widely varying views on Cadet Missions. In its current implementation, most people would like the option to warp... but a slightly different idea...
Either:
1. Give the player the option after completing all missions to manually reset his/her progress and return the missions to *new*. OR...
2. Take the decision away from the players and simply reset them at some sort of regular interval.
This would re-open some "rare" rewards and give cadets more need/use as a positive; but it also would require players to keep more cadets on their roster and they would have to work their way back up to a particular mission that they "always run" to stock pile specific items (i.e. the 1st Epic Mission on M/W/F which drops 2* security codes for me).
