The Clown is dropping again

I'm making this thread because I've read a couple of times in a few different threads that the option for the clown to drop was greyed out. Well the clown dropped for me today so I'm guessing the bug was fixed.

    At the 4 hour mark, too. Good job. That is where I ran into trouble. Here's hoping they figured out what was causing the issue. I wish they would tell us.

    I had Thot Gor drop at the 4 hr. I even did a screenshot :):)
