Andorian Ship Trait

Started a new voyage today and the ship bonus was andorian. I'm assuming that an andorian ship is coming and this was just early or could be a proper bug.

this happened with "spore drive" before uss discovery was released. there is almost certainly a new ship on the way to coincide with the event theme
