Yes you can do it! Here I am as a level 11 getting to #1 in a Shuttle event in less than a minute!

I used a 0* speed boost on my very first shuttle mission then checked the Leaderboard and Voila! I was #1 in under a minute!

I had a bet with a very high level person who said at no point in a shuttle event can I, as a level 11, be ranked higher than them...HAHA! Booyah!
