Frozen crew gone missing?

Hey everybody i've got a queston?
Has anyone had a crew member gone missing from cryo? I'm asking because i keep a notebook with all my lvl100 crew in it with their star rating in it and i remember cryo-ing Private Money but shes gone from my cryo screen. I don't want to just complain over a 3 star nobody but... Is there anyway to check?

I Think it has happened to me as well, but since Im halv senile Im not sure. However I am taking screenshot since a couple of weeks ago of every crew I freeze cause I have a distinkt feeling something is wrong.

I had it happen once and sent in a ticket, to which I was told it can’t happen. However after some discussion, the CS person replaced the crew.

I thought maybe I had airlocked a crew that I thought was immortalized. I had all three stars crew except one FFFE. I know I had done the missing one so I assumed they must have just been 2FFE . But it could have been I did immortalize them I do not know.
I asked CS to check if I had airlock them. They gave me two copies mainly because I was thinking I must have accidentally airlocked a 2FFE

But it could be they were immortalized and some bug lost them (senator Cretak)
Any how, after I fused them I think they leveled them all the way.

In your case, I would have to say it seems you have proof that a immortalized crew was deleted. Dreaded Cybermen. Sorry I need to be politically correct Cyberpersons.

Actually I had the feeling i was missing more than just one crew and had not kept a journal... I did however remember having florist q frozen in there and he came up missing as well. They returned me a ff crew but unfortunately I had to spend my own chrons to put him back into cryo. I am wondering if there could be a way to save a crew roster to a text document in order to track your crew. It takes a lot of work to put together a journal and I would commend you on that it must have taken quite a bit of work. I had started one once but it was taking so long to complete that i had given up on it long ago.

Oh, Good it's not just me.
I thought I was going crazy, have had several times when I've trolled through the cyro-chamber and thought where's so-and-so, I'm damned sure that I've 3-starred them and shoved them away.
(It always seems to be 3-stars that I "misplace").

After going though it again yesterday, have resolved to compile a list, at least then I'll know that I'm not going senile.

Yep, after losing a 2* i was sure i put in the vault, i have taken screenshots of the entire cyro

I keep accurate records of everything I do in STT, and I did have 2 x2* go missing from cryo. Just submitted a ticket. Especially important now that we have achievement awards for such things!

Looks like I am missing two as well, 2* Janeway and one of the Duras sisters. I'm not sure when they went missing though, since I only looked when it became interesting, with the collections. If I had lost a 5*FFFE I might have noticed immediately.

same here, i had Dr Carol Marcus, minor 3* crew, but still put in the time to leveling her. now missing.

I just noticed some frozen crew missing from my vault. Ticket has just been sent in. Anyone can check my edits and history on the Wiki (to which I am an admin) to see that I haven't fudged anything recently to try to get freebies. I have no desire to try to get a free Cardassian Kira as she's a useless crew (except when she's an event crew) and yet she's missing from my vault so I have asked for her return.

Now that I've noticed one missing I will have go through my entire vault to double check everyone. Needless to say, I'm a bit piѕsed that I even have to do this. I wonder if @Shan has any advice on the best procedure to go through to get missing crew returned with the least hassle?

EDIT: All 174 of my other vaulted crew are accounted for as well as all active crew. Only Cardassian Kira is missing.

The only advice I can give it to try to give as much details as you can, like what you mentioned here.
I understand that it is not necessarily easy to do.

Most likely, a server glitch or malfunction. I’d send a ticket into CS.

I lost 3 crew and Niners Rom the most recent the 3 missing ones were Koloth,Troi and forget the 3rd 3* I got all 3* crew back all FFFE. I didn’t send a ticket about Rom for fear the CS Agent will think I’m taking the mick because Rom is event crew this week there’s probably others missing too that I won’t spot till either a Behold pops up or an event where they’re bonus crew

It happened to me. It was my Klingon Garak. After enough complaining he was returned.

As Ajamm suggests, take screenshots of all your crew in cryo (sort by Immortalized first, then you'll have less screen grabs to take). And update it every time you freeze someone new.

I keep a few albums, and add a screenshot when I immortalize someone.

I really can't be bothered to keep track of all my vaulted crew either by keeping lists or taking screenshots. It's really a lot to ask.
So I suspect some of them have gone missing, but I couldn't swear to it, so could never submit a ticket.
I find it pretty disturbung that this seems to be such a widespread problem...

It literally only takes like 30 seconds to screenshot all your cryo'd crew (maybe slightly longer if you've got to scroll down a few times for a fuller freezer). It's an extra step that we shouldn't have to take, granted — but it's not the massive task you make it out to be, either. And if you don't want to do a new screenshot every time you freeze someone, then just do a new one every month or however often you think is reasonable. You don't have to do anything else with your screenshots after you take them, just let them sit in the folder on your device — and only if you have a question about a possible missing crew, then you can sort through them to verify. Not knowing there was an issue and getting caught without screenshots to prove your point is not one's own fault. Knowing there is an issue and not taking steps to protect yourself? Well, that sort of is. Again, not saying it's something we should have to do, but why wouldn't you take less than a minute once a month to ensure you have proof in case you do have to submit a ticket at some point?
