Time Portal number discrepency

On my alt acct which I've just started using again after a while, the total number of items in the Time Portal is being displayed as 17. I have seven basic 10x packs and eight supply kits. What are the other two things I should have? I can't work it out.

This may be unlikely on an alt, but if you had any limited time pulls, they'll still show the count when the pack expires. Maybe apology packs?

Maybe that's it. I remember briefly playing that account to use up the chrons around when the DS9 pack was out. Bugger. With it being an anniversary thing, I can't imagine that pack will come around again. Does that mean there'll always be a +2 discrepency for the portal now? Or could support change those two to regular prem packs?

You can try with support - I believe others have had success in this situation with being able to redeem the actual pack. In other words, they made the limited time pack available again. On the other hand, they could just as well say too bad, so sad, you were warned.
