Timelines Data Usage

This has been an ongoing problem for months now and as such I'm curious as to why it's occurring. The data usage for Timelines is over 10x that of comparable games I play despite playing them for roughly the same amount of time. For example Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes has clocked in 412mb over the last month whereas Timelines has used 5.41gb. This is a ludicrous spread and I want to know what makes this game such a data hog.

I'm curious about this too. I was working out in a field from late September to December, and I actually exceeded my data once and came close to the cap twice. I had a 5gb data limit, and I had to increase it to 10gb because this game is an absolute hog on data.

Yes I think it is from the ads

I gave up adwarping when they reduced they reduced the number you could do and added voyages so that's not the cause.
