Purchase Issues.

I was purchasing the 9.99 chrono recharge and accidentally bought it a sixth time (which I am surprised it let me), money was taken out of my steam wallet for the sixth purchase but received no chronos for it. How can I go about getting refunded for it?

    I did this as well several weeks ago. It happens when you don't exit the portal after buying your 5th one — I had lost count, so I thought my 5th purchase was still coming up. Anyway, customer service will take care of you.


    Could you please continue the petty bickering? I find it most intriguing.

    That's good to know, hopefully it happens before the event ends. I plan on using that to buy the 49.99 dilith package and use my VIP chrono recharge to finish up the event. I know I won't get any of the top spots but if I can get just one Scotty, I'll be happy. :)

    Edit: Dress Uniform Scotty, that is.
