Turning off sensor within fleets

I think the fleet leader should be able to disable the disfunctional chat sensor. It is just so frustrating to deal with. All sorts of random innocent words get sensored, and also some fleets are totally ok with some tactful profanity.

Never mind that we get to torture people in missions. That's just make believe. Impressionable kids might read a bad word and words are real!
