Hot Swap Immortalized Crew between Quarters and Cryostasis

It would be nice to be able to hot-swap active Immortalized crew members with those in Cryostasis without having to have an empty crew slot available. It doesn't really make sense from a narrative stand point that you'd need an extra set of quarters for someone if they were being frozen as someone was being brought out of cryosleep. As long as the Merits are being spent, needing an open slot seems like an unnecessary hurdle.
