95/90 crew but all in crew slots

I am currently showing a 95/90 for my crew, but they all show up as in "good" crew slots (not shaded).
Anyone else seeing this?

Restart to see the 5 crew slots just given. If that doesn't fix it, you may need a sacrificial Wesley.
