Crew On Shuttle - But All Shuttles Are Home!

I had to force restart the game, so I could actually choose my shuttle crew again. Before that, all the crew I had on a shuttle that just had returned, it remained in the "On Shuttle" state and I wasn't able to choose the crew again for a new shuttle to send out.
It's not a huge bug, but it can mislead a player who is not experienced and always picking the crew on top of the choice list. It usually happens if there is a day reset in between and the game stays open.
