No purchase upgrade for Prisoner Katrina Cornwell

I notice that this event and the last one there wasn't an option to buy another Prisoner Katrina Cornwell for $24.99 after unlocking her in the event. That option has never showed up. I just claimed her again in the current event, and the offer never appeared.

Is she going to be available in the next three events to earn, or is everyone going to end up with only earning 4 Cornwell?

The offer popped for me last time and this time. Did you have a different offer for doubling your crew recently? There is a cool down between offers where they will not offer the double.

No. The only pop up was for the Andorian starship.

Did you wait until 72 hours had passed from your last double your crew offer? The prior one doesn’t need to have been bought to trigger the cooldown period.

I was told through the ticket I sent in that the offers are random, and not guaranteed. And surprise I got Prisoner Katrina Cornwell yesterday, and no double crew offered appeared. Clearly Disruptor Beam doesn't want me to spend money on this game, so I won't. I got the message. They do not want me to spend money on this game. So I will stop.

did you get an offer when claiming the 5* sarek? if so you were probably in the cooldown period from that...
