Miniature North Star Archer

I know that this has been brought up several times, but it's really frustrating to have one of my favourite characters miniaturized for no apparent reason. I tried to make my bridge a tribute to some great characters and it just looks silly.

@Black Pebble people pay good money for these cards and is seems like such an easy fix. Can we get an update on why this was done and whether we can expect a fix in the near future? Thank you!

Same problem is with Apollo, but he is cryostased here.

I think part of it may be the way the arms are splayed on some of these characters. Remember when the abomination Mirror crew came out recently (the one who claimed to be a certain android but looked nothing like him so I shall not call him by that name here), and he was very tiny when included as bridge crew, so when they fixed that, part of his arm/gun was cut off? It looks like that's maybe what would happen with the Doctor above, and possibly North Star Archer to a lesser extent, so it could be they were just trying to fit the entire width of the artwork in there. Still looks silly, though — I'd rather see it cropped than to make it look like Honey I Shrunk The Captain.

I agree with this. Your explanation makes sense in some instances, but it doesn't explain Jarok and Warship Chakotay. It seems like such a simple fix. I'd love to get some confirmation that they intend to fix it in the near future.

Would you recommend that we send in tickets for what we perceive as a serious issue with a card that required money to obtain?

We're told to avoid sending in tickets and then we are chastised for respectfully requesting a meaningful response in the forums. I get that you are busy, but people expect a certain level of accountability when they spend their hard earned dollars.

You will never get an ETA for a fix, I am sorry that is not just possible.
As for sending in a ticket, you are absolutely free to do so as this is indeed an issue.

When we suggest to NOT send a ticket it is in case of a widespread issue that is being worked on in real time.

North Star Tucker arguably has more "width" though because of his gun, and Mirror Garak is splayed all over the place and he isn't tiny...
