I don't have any of them, too, but the desicion also depends on your other crew.

I would take Sisko because of his high Command-Base that I need for shuttle missions.
On the other side I often see Admiral Riker in Gauntlet becaus his profiency is good. For Voyages I would prefer him, too.

Went with Riker because I like him and I can use him for the gauntlet.
