Is it possible to get more than one copy of the same crew on the same voyage? For example, getting multiple copies of promoted Sisko on a single voyage?

Yes. This happened to me earlier today/maybe yesterday. I got two of 2* Enterprise-D Picard.

However, you cannot do this with voyage exclusive crew.

I've had this several times. I got three of some 1 star once.

Another silly voyage question!

When does the reset happen for the voyage skills/traits? I know it happens once a day, but I'm pretty sure it isn't synced with the dabo reset nor the daily challenge reset
