Idea for new consumable: Antimatter batteries.

I have had so many times where I've had to recall a voyage 5 minutes or less short of the next dilemma because I didn't want to pay for a full refill.
How about an item that restores 100 antimatter. Or even 50 would have been enough in many cases.
Obviously it has to be rare but not pay only because frankly the whales would just pay for the refill.
I would be happy to get an average of 2 - 4 a week though I don't want to be wasting a bunch of chrons trying fort it.
An alternate option might be a fleet upgrade. A fuel ship that restores a small amount of antimatter a day with upgrades increasing the amount and/or times per day it can be used.
